this book inspired me to look for local psychiatrists that specialize in adhd! i’m six months into my psychiatry appointments and three months into therapy. i love it! i was recommended jornay after years of trying different medications and its perfect for me! it’s amazing for my morning brain fog, which was a big struggle for me.
